Bermo Group S.A. is a (commercial) joint-stock company (company of share-holders), with a complete private capital, that works in the real estate domain. The society was founded in 2004. Company's main share holders are from Arad: IMOTRUST SA, Arad VIP of the stock market, with a contribution of 58,25% and the business man Valentin Morar with a contribution of 41,74%.
Grounded in 2004, Bermo Group is now a company whose projects value more than 80 million euros. Bermo Group is the only real estate developer who started, in 2004, and also finalized the first big real estate project in Arad, after the year of 1990 - AXA villas neighborhood.
The success of this project placed Bermo Group on top of the real estate developers, the target of our company being that of building and placing our real estate projects in premium residential category.
